My family doctor says it is normal, but I used to not be this way. I am in my mid-40's. I had and EKG and they did not find anything wrong.

It sounds like a circulation problem to me. L-Arginine and Niacin are good for circulation. I take about 500mg of Niacin a day and I have noticed a big difference. I take time released and try to find "non-flush" Niacin may make you feel flush. The L-Arginine you would probably take about 1000mg or better. Make sure you are careful with ANYTHING like that if you have a poor medical history or use prescription drugs.

Blood is being directed to your muscles and not to your extremities, like your fingers. It's nothing to worry about.
