when i was taking a shower i clean like everywhere then i found something like in my asscrack and it was like these transparent bugs i knew it was a bug because last time my vagina was really itchy and so i scratched it and when i checked my hands i saw this transparent thing and i thought it was nothing until it moved it was like crawling and if anyone knows this serioulsly tell me waht to do cause I'M FREAKING OUT

It sounds to me like you have Pubic Lice. Lice can be found in eyebrows, pubic hair, beards, mustaches, underarm hair and even on eyelashes. Perhaps you transferred it from one part of your body to the next?
Either way, I recommend you see a primary care physician or go to your local drugstore for something over the counter. I've added a Wikipedia article if you want to read up on it!

Pubic Lice also known as Crabs. Visit your doctor as soon as possible so you can get a cream to remove them that won't irriate your skin further--which over the counter lice kits can do on that sensitive area of your body.
You can get it from a partner that you've engaged sexual activity--even if it wasn't actual intercourse. In fact, you can even get it from trying clothes on at a store if someone tried it on before you and has crabs.
It's not going to kill you. Though I'm sure it's upsetting, be thankful it's nothing that can't be treated. You'll be fine as soon as you treat it. Wash your sheets and your clothing.
