You won't be getting protein. You may lose weight, but the weight that you will be losing will be muscle weight (good weight). Also this will be a very high carbohydrate diet. A diet high in carbs also makes you retain a higher amount of water, which makes you look a little more puffy than normal. This makes any muscle definition that you have less noticable. Not a good diet if you ask me.

i think u would definitly get sick of RICE!
but ur body should be fine if ur eating alot of rice and taking all the vitamins and minerals.
but i think ur missing TWO important things, FAT and PROTEIN!
i think u need those to stay alive?
i guess this diet is good for losing wieght but not especially healthly if long term.
also plain rice is boring..

Yes, you would waste away from a lack of protein. I would also say you would go senile after a while from a lack of vitamin b12, but the supplements might save you from that. Good night!

Your body needs proteins, iron, calcium and etc. These things help you grow and maintain your everyday life. With out that, your body breaks down. You'll start getting sick. Over all, you need the 4 basic food groups to live.

why rice? a diet that does not have any veggies or fruit is a bad idea. rice affects your insulin levels in a bad way. ditch the rice and eat fruits and veggies only.

yes, vitamins are meant to be supplementary, not a primary source of your diet.
