I eat about 1,200 calories a day and exercise when I have time? How is it that I am losing this much weight so fast? It takes 3,500 calories to lost a pound or gain a pound.

All the talk of Global Warming and the O-zone layer have got me thinking, why isn't sunscreen a must have for the people of the world? The number in skin cancer has shot up and people still don't protect themselves from it. I just think it should be a must for all people of the world. Please, who agrees or disagrees with me on this one?

i have poison all over my face and its really irritating me. i went to the doctor and got a shot so it should clear up by tomorrow...but for now...its still really ichy and annoying. what should i do? i tried itch stopping cream like benadryl but i dont really like that and ive been putting ice on...which feels good but doesnt stop the itching once you take it off. thank you for your help in advance!

I have NO insurance. I got a check up last week, and it turned out that I need a root canal retreatment. The denist I went to, referred me to a couple of ENDODONTICS, but they want 950-1200 DOLLARS!! Is that the cheapest there is? Or is there a dentist school where graduates are practicing on people's teeth? I am in Florida. Thanks for all answers!

ive lost around 20 pounds in 3 months im now 127 pounds...i want to be 120 pounds..im so close to reaching my goal but its all stopped...i exercise daily (7 times a week) doing 20 minutes jogging...30 minutes rowing and the rest sit ups and squats i also try to walk everywhere i go i.e local store and groceries....i eat healthily but i dont eat an awful lot i have 2 main meals a day with lots of fruit and veg in between and water i know people would say eat 5 6 meals a day but i dont think i can get my head around that routine as i think i would put on more weight...this adds to around 1000 calories a day....if i carry on with this routine throughout summer will i not lose any more weight?? im 18 years old and i know i shouldnt be worried about my weight..ive also got into the phycological phase where i still think i am fat...everyone surrounding me are saying to stop even my teachers....i just want to reach that 120 pounds its just a grasp away!!!

Someone who limits their calories to under 400, when she does eat too much, she often purges. She exercises for about 40 minutes a night, and feels the need to ourge after everything she eats, although she doesn't do it EVERY time. She's extremly anxious, and feels very guilty after eating...she also thinsk she's fat although her bmi is 19.....What's this eating disorder?...my friend needs help.

i lost my virginity last night but I'm freaked out because I didn't lose it how i wanted to...
I wanted to lose my virginity to my boyfriend but instead i lost it to a guy i met yesterday... I'm really confused right now and i don't know what to do because I'm stressing over it because i feel that I made a huge mistake I mean i jist met him. I have rash on my legs . . . would it help if i took some of my aloe vera plant, put it in a blender, and rubbed the paste on my legs on the infected area? Is it good for infection skin infections and rashes? Would it help? Are there any side effects? What are the uses of aloe vera plants?

I just found a prescription that I was given in Feb. 2006 for Epipen that I never got filled - I had forgotten about it until I was just cleaning my desk drawer. Can I still get it filled or do I have to ask my doctor for another? Just wondering if the pharmacy will care about the date on it. Obviously it's not urgent but I should have an Epipen with me - I'm allergic to bees and now that it's summer I want to get it filled.

I burn 1653 calories a day doing nothing, really, and I do about 1 hour of cardio and 30 crunchies a day. I only eat about 1020 calories, or less. Sometimes 980. Does that mean I'm starving myself?

I'm 13, 5'5", and I weigh 175... I'm trying to get to 150, because then I'll technically be healthy according to my doctor.

The next morning she was swollen again.He took the filling out to let it drain.Gave her amoxicillian 500 mg. But this morning she is swollen again.Shouldnt the med be working ? A few months ago, I noticed a rash forming on my chest, between my breasts. First, I thought it was just a normal rash and it'd go away with time. Now, it's June and it's still here. If it's irritated, it will itch. When it first showed up, if anything rubbed against it, it would itch. First it was red/pink, now it has turned grayish/brown. It takes up quite a bit of space, too. I don't have $$ to go to a dr., so I'm wondering if anyone can offer me advice one what it may be and what may help make it go away. Only mature, serious answers please.

I tried to get the best pictures of it I could, and pointed out a couple discolored spots, just so you know what to look at. Again, only mature, serious answers please :)

ok so i got my period on the 19th of this month and on the 20th i've been feeling sick like throwing up. i took some antiacid pills but they wouldnt work. then the day before my period ended i took pepto bismol and the next morning i felt better. then i bought some stronger antiacid pills and about 15 minutes after i took them i went to the bathroom and sort of let it all out [because i berely did number 2] ok so since yesterday at about 3 in the morning, i've had a terrible itch around my anus. during the day im fine. then last night it took me about half an hour to get to sleep. i felt like something was crawling out of there. yesterday i read about pinworms and i have those simptoms but im not sure. now everytime i think about what i read i feel them. so my question is do they go away on their own, or can i buy something in the store to get rid of them?
oh and are they dangerous like if theyre left untreated
[i have a trip in about 2 weeks and i really dont want this affecting it]
