jst start drinking milk 2ice a day and alon dat 1 banana.find out some place where u cn hang.and rope skipping will also help u.nd when u sleep do u fold ur legs near ur stomach?if yes then try 2 straight ur legs and sleep.try all these things u will surely see da improvement.really.beleave me.my hite was also not growing but when i started these things i got sudden changes in ma hite.and by milk day by day ur skin colour will also become fair.truley.it works

You can try swinging exercise. I mean Gym rings catch the ring with the hands and swing. You can gain some height within 1 year. You can become 6 feet also.

Be proud of your size, you're unique from everybody else, and being tall isn't that great either. You can fit into small spaces, that's something that small people can do that tall people can't.
