I just smoked a hookah a week ago and I took five whiffs of it. I was in the same room with four other people smoking for a hour.
Will there be any effects of this on my health now?

No because the tobacco is filtered with so much water it has hardly any effect. That's why it doesn't hurt for nonsmokers to use a hookah. If you were smoking a cigarette it would have made you cough because it is stronger.

no. They say you can smoke ciggarettes for like five years or something without any serious health risks. The hard part is quitting after five years. If you were smoking something else you will still be fine.

You have killed some brain cells and you now have pot in your system so until it is totally out of your system do not even think of taking a drug test. I sure hope you don't think this was cool hang out with pot heads as it isn't. Every time they smoke it they are killing off more and more brain cells and getting dumber.
