She must be experiencing low blood pressure symptoms(Hypotension), I hope she take a healthy diet?
Long term effects are:

Complications

Even moderate forms of low blood pressure can seriously affect quality of life, leading not only to dizziness and weakness but also to fainting and a risk of injury from falls. And severely low blood pressure from any cause can deprive your body of enough oxygen to carry out its normal functions, leading to damage to your heart and brain.
Seek medical advise, immediately.

If it is 96/68, this can possibly be normal for her. Did the doc mention anything about this being abnormal? I am about that age and mine runs about that all the time with no problems (I am being seen by docs for other unrelated issues, but my bp gets checked everytime). This low blood pressure is very normal for younger people in good health.

Even with it being normal, occasional dizziness is also normal. Since the normal bp is so low already, it doesnt take much of a drop to feel like it is too low. Drink lots of water and gatorade, stay hydrated! She will need to east regularly. Lack of food can drop sugar levels and bp. Check bp reg and look for patterns when the dizziness occurs.

why is her blood pressure low? if it's a medical issue, then a medical doctor needs to diagnose it. To try something natural first, how about just plain exercise? Focus on strengthening the heart and therefore improve bloodflow. Everyday, either walk fast or jog to increase the heart rate, and gradually go faster and longer as much as she can handle.
