alright, so i absolutely dread getting my period. I only use light pads, and I have to change them every hour and a half. I have to wake up 3 times a night to go to the bathroom and i have to sleep on my side so my period doesnt leak. I cant even do normal stuff during the day--i usually stay home because i dont want to go out and have to use the bathroom so often. I also dont do sports or anything during my period and try to plan around it. i always have to stay in weird/awkward positions so that it stays on the pad and im so SICK of it. any advice???

i have an olive skin tone...so when i get a scar it gets very dark (brownish) i was wondering if mederma would work for me..also it says for "new scars use 8 weeks" what is considered a "new scar"? thank you.. :)

I lost one adrenal from an illness. I just got off the steroid replacement and been told that I cannot take it longer if I want to recover the other adrenal. Doctors consider my levels normal. Problem is that my cortisol levels from the other adrenal are never higher than 15 in the morning and I have no idea if I am producing enough of the other hormones. Most doctors said that the other hormones are not as important as the cortisol so they never want to measure aldostrone, for example. It's been six months since my surgery and I feel weak, tired and fatigued with a bit of a problem with a racing heart. Is it possible that with some exercise you can start rebuilding more of the other adrenal? Is it possible that my other adrenal has reached the limit of what it can produce? How long can one adrenal sustain a person? How can I feel better without having to go back on steroid replacement?

I've been wondering about this for a while, but I didn't know if I should worry about it or not.

I have recently been to the doctors for a routine STI check- just to make sure I'm clean, which I have always been thankfully! I get the results in 1 week.

BUT I was wondering why do i experience a stinging sensation every time my bf cums inside of me?

It is uncomfortable after he has ejaculated inside of me- and my vagina stings for about 10 minutes. I have experienced this with other past long term partners (I don't sleep around!) but just grinned and bared it so to speak!! So i know that it is my problem and not my bf's.

Has anyone else experienced this? and how to prevent it if possible? Do you know why?

fact: bigger isnt always better ok
just be grateful for what you got .....im sure when you stop measuring it and get round to using it ....it will fit in somewhere just fine

My boyfriend woke up this morning complaining of a pain in his "balls". he said it feels like a dull pain. Over th past few hours he beliebes the right side is swelling. i dont know if my
eating plan is right and
if i should eat better.
this is my regular eating plan.
breakfast:
oat cluster crunch cheerios
lunch:100 calorie packs and
some yogurt or jello.
dinner: 1 can of tuna fish
i regularly drink about only
two cans of diet dr.
thunder a day.
&& the cereal i eat like
half of the box because its a very
small box.
the yogurt is 45 calories.
the jello is 10.
the tuna fish is usually around
50 or 60.
is this eating plan goood?
i am 5"3 and 110 pounds
and i am trying to stay my weight
please help me.

If a leisure facility opened that has 8 large studios, no main gym (some weights will be available in the studios) and has 250 classes a week covering everything from martial arts, boxing, and sports specific exercise, to your 'normal' classes i.e. body pump, pilates, yoga etc, to dance classes i.e. ballroom, salsa etc. Even classes for the 6 - 16 year old age group....... Would you use it......the rationale behind the idea is every health club in the country is the same, weights machine, c.v. machine and instructors who don't want to be there.....if it was a studio based facility, it would be constantly motivational, always good fun and would mean more people would feel relaxed about using it....At the moment, the 'stereotypical' gym user puts others off joining and people get bored easily and end up leaving.......what do you reckon?

I have extremely small breasts, but I have a beautiful booty, I worry that my breast size may be a turnoff to my boyfriend.
