you don't need to eat so little to maintain your weight.

you should be fine eating around 1500-1600 calories, so go ahead and have more, you'll be fine.

You need to look at serving sizes, too. Honey oat Cheerios have way more calories than regular cheerios. And the tuna? It's 60 calories for 1/2 the can, a whole can has 120. Cut down the soda to 1 every other day or so. The sodium and asparatame is not good for you

you are seriously depriving your body which will make you lose muscle, gain fat and slow down your metabolism.
body needs 50cal/day just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain your weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

yea, you might not be eating much to maintain your weight, but you also have no veggies or fruits, and little protein. You may stay the weight you want to be or smaller, but you won't actually be "healthy" and getting the right nutrition that you need each day.
