I was just wondering, have you ever given your GP or doctor a gift before to say thanks for their time or way they handled something etc or is this not done and it's just expected that they care for you as it's their profession in which they get paid?

First,I need to explain,I am in a poor,developing country,so we are traditional,we worship chastity from old ancient to now in the bone. In our country,at least 99% men still have the thick virgin bond,so have I.
The diva is 18 years old now,I am 24,and she was born in the same village with me,a poor,backward,inconvenient mountainous area,The distance between her blighty and mine is not over 500 metres. Her prarents and mine are all simpleminded farmers in one smeede(an administrant unit under village),of course they are very familiar in an old original rural village. Though my family is poor,I am fortunate,I am clever and diligent in study,later I entered the university and gained a diploma,because of high education,I found a nice occupation,white collar,with a nice income. But she is not so lucky,she educated after junior high school,then went to a plant of far city for manual working,with low wage.

Typically, to clean my ears, aside from using a Q-tip, which I understand to be dangerous, I use hydrogen peroxide. I read that carbamide peroxide should be used: What's that? The same answer that mentioned carbamide peroxide also mentioned alcohol. I've often wanted to use alcohol for my ear. Has anyone ever used isopropol alcohol in their ear? Does it help, or is it dangerous?

Here's a first for me: I have a pimple IN my ear canal.

Im 16 female and a virgin but im curious how long first times last.. some of my friends have said between 10-60 seconds?? That seems like a really short amount of time, but i suppose its how long you can take the pain for? if there is pain.

before i start no nasty comment please.....

i was out last night and was dancing bare foot in a club (yes i no i should have had my shoes on!)
and woke up this morning and my foot really hurts and i think i have glass in it :(

its too painful to do anything and dont know if its just a cut or thers actuly glass in it?!
