Collecting statistics does not help in reducing weight.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Hi that sounds like a typical yo-yo dieter to me.

When you go on a 'diet' you need to understand that you are changing your eating habits for life not just until you have lost weight.

What happens is your are depriving your self of good nutrition (there are so many diets out there) and you can easily be confused which is the best.

If you are really serious about losing weight anyone can but the most important thing to remember is losing weight and keeping that weight off is the key.

I have a friend who lost weight on lighterlife diet. She lost 6stones which is amazing, but she had to go back on it 3 times to get that weight off. so she was reaching her goal, stopping and starting over again 3 times.
She looked awful, her hair was falling out her skin was dreadful her energy was on the floor.
She then went on the shapeworks diet plan, which is just balanced nutrition which her body needed on a daily basis. She gained 6lbs but she lost 2 dress sizes. The reason for this is she gained back her muscle mass which she lost previously and also lost some bodyfat. Her hair is no longer falling out, her skin is fantastic and so is her energy. she no longer feels tired all the time. She has NOT gained the weight in over a year.

So do bear this in mind. If this interests you visit www.iamfeeling-great.org or email me at feelinggreat@ntlworld.com

Good luck I hope this helps!

I had weight problems all my life. I'd take it off and put it back on. Finally, about 4 years ago, I took it off and have kept it off. This time, it's NOT coming back.
