After excluding Diabetes and Hypertension, following is the line of action :
1) Kidneys : Drink lot of water, normally 4 to 6 litres are recommended keeping the weather in view.
2)Heart: Avoid risk factors like obesity, smoking, caffeine, exercise etc.
3)Prostate: various school of thoughts are present, overindulgence in sex, using testosterone, recurrent UTI, and drinking of scanty water so take due steps.
In patients with Diabetes or Hypertension, take medications regularly, control sugar level, & maintain stablised baseline hypertension.
Regular check up with your doctor.

This is actually three questions.

Kidney - If you are diabetic make sure your blood sugar is kept within limits, too high blood sugar can damage the kidney. If you are not diabetic, just drink plenty of water.

Heart - Follow the recommendations of the American Heart Association. Eat a diet low in saturated fat and high in fiber. Eat fish or lean meats for protein. Exercise regularly. Don't smoke

Prostate - Ask this question under men's health.
