Its caused because your iris (wich is in your eye) is always changing size on the computer (images change, focus etc) the eyes are connect very closely to the brain so when you strain your eyes it very much like pressure on the brain and we all know pressure on the brain causes headaches, which are when become intense are known as Migrains, i suggest try wear glasses on the computer or dont STARE at it, look at it.

Migraine headaches can be triggered by a number of things, including foods, bright or flickering lights (video games would fall under this category), odors, stress, skipping meals, etc.
If you truly do suffer from frequent migraine headaches, you can usually feel the headaches coming on. The triggers I mentioned don't actually cause the headaches, they simply set the process in motion. But if you can usually get rid of the headaches by just resting or taking a nap, they could be tension headaches caused by eye strain. If that is the case, a pair of glasses or contacts might help.

you should put a little plate full of salt and make a hole in the middle of it. then put it next to your computer screen. tust me this helps as the salt will absorb most of the light comin out of the screen, causein u less migrans.
