It sounds like you have a pinched nerve. Nerves cause tingling. You should see your doctor for sure. I get that every once in a while and go and see my chiropractor and he gets rid of it for me. Poor circulation would be coldness, blueness type of symptoms.
Vitamin E is suppose to help for circulation according to my doctor. I don't think that is your problem. Best wishes to you. I hope you go and see a chiropractor or your doctor.
Have a good weekend.

Ginger is meant to be good for circulation. In the winter I went through a faze where I ate a ginger biscuit every day and I think it really helped my circulation.

yes that usually means poor circulation or foot falling asleep.it could be comming from the way you are sitting causing restricted blood flow to your feet. and sitting in other positions for long periods of time . so the very best thing is to get up and move around more and i also take Fish Oil supplements its a gel capsule along with exercise.

You need to make sure you are not diabetic! It sounds like a neuropathy. Be smart. Make sure you don't have diabetes, which can lead to kidney problems, vascular problems, vision problems, and etc. Go see your doctor. If you don't want to go to a doctor, get a home blood sugar monitor or borrow a friend's. Test your fasting blood surgar after not eating for 10 hours. It should be less than 120. Also test your blood sugar 1 and 2 hours after eating. It should not go over 200. If it does, go see a doctor.

B's are your best bet..I'd take a multi B ...but B12 is the ticket, not sure about taking both. I'd have some blood work done. That should help a great deal. Good luck. Also, stop smoking !!!! It can cause perm. nerve damage..This was advised to me by my foot doctor.

you should try lecythine (1200 mg) - this helps circulation and reduces fats in the cholesterole highs and lows. They can be found at any over the counter drug store and are a natural product meaning they do not become addictive.

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.

omega 3's and vitamin e prevent coronary and heart disease, but im not necessarily sure that means increased blood flow... exercise will definitely help blood flow, though... ive included a link to improve "male libido", lol, so you might be able to use some of that too, even though you're female.
edit: by the way, this is the first time i ever saw that site, i swear! lol.
