also i suggest that you should also eat a lot of dietary fibers such as Whole grain bread, Oatmeal- cooked, 100% All Bran, Corn Flakes.....fruits that's high in fiber. Blackberries, Pear...to help u lose weight faster..... and also exercise more often for like 1-3 hrs a day, be sure to sweat because according to studies any activities that makes you sweat will help you lose weight..................and remember that when you are trying to lose weight you should burn more calories than you take in coz if like you exercise a lot but still eat more or take in more calories it would still be useless..................
so remember this

coz for my story i was fat to.........so what i did to be fit is i followed the eating techniques and i played basketball for 1-3 hours a day for i year........i lose weight fast for just one year because i when i play sports and get home tired i don't really eat that much that's why it helped me be fit and in normal and healthy lifestyle..........

REMEMBER THIS!!!!!!!!!!

i had read an article that says any person who takes less than 2000 calories loses weight.......so if you take less than 2000 calories a day like 1020 calories, it would really be helpful to lose ur weight faster.........do it everyday.......disciplining urself iis the most important attitude

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.

If you would like to lose weight, I can suggest a safer or faster alternative- a detox. I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

The best is not always the easiest.
Moderation and a balanced diet. Exercise that not only fits your specific desires but benefits your entire body. PATIENCE because it will not happen overnight. Any exercise book in your Public Library will give you exercises to tone up your tummy, etc. But do you have the where-with-all to do it safely and over time. Are you willing to eat better and maybe a little less at each meal.
If your looking for a quick fix, it don't exist.

since there is no way we can naturally spot reduce body fat it just has to be overall fat loss
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
take multivitamin with your breakfast and omega or flax oil capsules if you dont consume enough healthy fats (nuts, avocados, nut butters etc)

eat a wellbalanced diet with proper portions, drink lots of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day. you can target the muscles in your abdomen, but losing your love handles depends on where you lose first and last.
