I'm trying to train I used to take boxing classes but something came up and I haven't gone in like a month and I don't think Im going back anytime soon so I'm training at home I have most of the necessary equipment I just want to know what kind of foods I should be eating. I'm not wight lifting because I'm sixteen so I don't want to stunt my growth in any way so Im just trying to gain some muscle using boxing training.

My doctor suggested I get the gardasil vaccine. I'm 23 years old and have no STDs. I'm also in a monogamous relationship and in plans to marry the person.

I'm a little confused about the vaccine? I always thought it was for people who already had HPV, but my doctor said that's not the case.

So, my question is; if I'm planning on not having any further sexual partners should I still get the vaccine. I understand that I may not always be w/ my partner (not always divorce, but god forbid death) But, I would never be promiscuous or have unsafe sex.

I'm just afraid that 10 years down the road they are going to find something wrong with this vaccine? I don't want that to happen. It's still relatively knew.

So, please tell me what you know about the vaccine? Should I get it? Are there side effects?

my daughter is 4 she has Strabismus and Amblyopia. however she uses both eyes but not at the same time. sugery was talked about 10 mos ago. on both of her eyes. (one turns in REALLY BAD). sooo she most likely would need more then one surgery however the more research i did the more therapy sounds the way to go. less invasive, and fixes the whole problem just not the alignment. however its not covered and i will have to pay for it...and its not cheap. but i want what is best for my kid.

they questions are what does the kind therapy do they use...could i make it up at home?
and light therapy i can't find it online anywhere. he wants to use colored glasses and...i don't get it. some info on that? and its almost as much as the reg. therapy.

so i'm at my wits end!

Emetophobia- fear of vomiting
Nyctohylophobia- fear of dark wooded areas or of forests at night

My father died 3 years ago. I believe that he was murdered, but the local district attorney won't investigate. I want to have him exumed and an autopsy performmed. I do not know what the laws in Alabama are concerning this. My father was admitted to the hospital to keep him away from my step mom who had pneumonia . He was stable and due to his dementia he was wondering the halls. I shaved him the last morning he was alive and almost cut him because his skin was so loose.
A day later he was dead. When he arrived at the funeral home, his face was swollen and his nose was broken. No one had an explanition for how it happened. His nurse said he was suprised to find he had died. He had an allergy to asprin, Iodine, and shellfish. His skin was so thin due to steroids that it would tear like tissue paper. There were no dermal tears, abrasions, or bruises. I believe he was poisoned then suffocated. Any advice?

I found out yesterday that I have HPV. I do not know what level I am at yet (I will know more after my biopsey on Thursday). I've had to tell my boyfriend that I have it.

He is a mess...pissed off, sad, doesn't know what to do. I think I haven't helped at all because I am frantic too and I told him before I knew more about this.

His biggest concern is that if it goes untreated for him...will it get worse?

I am more concerned for him than for me. It's my fault because I gave it to him...I feel so horrible that I just wanna curl up in a ball and die in a cave...

Please...anyone who can help me with trying to ease my boyfriends mind, that would be great help!! Please ONLY serious answers.

I would really appreciate websites. I've told him the basics about it but it would be really great to hear stuff from other men who have it.
