These days we are taking everyday non-diary creamers. is it harmful for health?

No, it is low in fat and great for lactose intolerant peeps!

That would depend on what you mean by "non-dairy". If you're referring to the chemical crap that is mentioned in the above link, then no, even I would go with milk. However, if you're referring to Silk soy creamer, then, yes, it is much better than milk and chemicals (I don't doubt that there are chemicals in milk, too). I actually like soymilk in my coffee, especially if I have some random brand (I take home the coffee packets from restaurants and they don't always taste good) to improve the flavor. The chocolate Silk is really yummy in coffee.

I have heard that it may increase your cholesterol. But I don't think there is siginficant data to support it.
If you are otherwise healthy, non-dairy creamers should be safe.
