It's a good idea to stay away from spicy foods (or eat them only once on a while).
All foods that contain lots of water are great. So that's fruit and in the summer, watermelons! Canteloupes are great too. Fish (salmon) and walnuts are great skin foods as well. And so are bland foods such as rice or plain noodles (yes, they have carbs, but good carbs!).
Lost of water is also great for healthy skin - room temperature is best, or at least only at a cool temperature - not ice cold - this shocks your stomach!
Also make sure you wear sunblock, always. And moisturize your skin at night.

Drink a lot of water. I don't believe that there are any specific foods that are good for skin but if you have a healthy diet and you're not lacking in any vitamins your skin will look a lot better.

There is a moisturizer that can heal diseased skin ( such as skin with scorisis and eczema ), improve skin's texture, protect fro sun damage and it cures dandruff. Not only can this moisturizer be used topically, it can also be injested. I have been using this moisturizer for several months now and surprisingly noticed that the patchy, scaly skin on my arms is gone. Interestingly, I don't even apply it to my skin but it is in better shape than ever. This moisturizer is organic virgin coconut oil.

Great question...foods with vitamin c like oranges and certain fruits. Fish is the best for the skin. Salmon is one, the oil in salmon keeps the skin nourished and glowing.
Olive oils are another great thing but don't go out and eat fried foods...you can just drizzle some over salad or veggies to eat.
Good luck!!

Milk of course, fat free, 2% is good also, putting olive oil on the scalp and hair over nt and washing it out in the morning is really good. and to help slow down hair loss. Getting a jucier for breakfast and drinking veg, friuts will help with everything also... :)
