OMG i feel alot better about my weight now. Thanks. Ya i thought i would get answers like. Yes lose weight but i got no negitive answers. Thanks! Its going to be hard deciding the best answer!

You are in the normal range, which means you are an average teenager without too many roots to be so scared of being overweight. I used the body mass ratio index formula, which compared your pounds in weight to your height. More mass means more overweight, less mass means underweight.

Your body mass index is 22.9, which is fairly normal for a 14/15 year old girl. You are leaning towards overweight, so you must be careful! You are also at the 58th percentile, which means that your weight is greater than fifty-seven percent of other girls your age. This is not bad, since you are still developing and therefore will get taller and slimmer.

This is not a calm-down either. Now you'll have to improve your weight even more.

This formula isn't precisely exact. Imagine an adult man who is very tall but weighs about 200 lbs. and is 6'5". He is overweight, but if you look at him in real life he might look very obese. So you just need to go with your gut feeling: if you are overweight, then cut down on sugars and start exercising. But if you look fine, then continue living normally. Of course, you could always cut away the sugars and start to exercise--unless you are doing it all too fast and become anorexic or addicted to exercise, which is even worse than being overweight.

I'm 5'6" and my goal is around 145. Any lower than 135 and I look too thin.

Per http://www.freedieting.com/tools/ideal_body_weight.htm it says your ideal range should be 130 - 134 if you have a medium frame. If you are muscular though, you'll weigh more but still look fine.

You are just fine. Check out a weight chart at webmd.com or the doctors office. You should be right in the middle.

if u think ur just fine than u r????
but for me thats a little overweight
average weight of a girl your age is 125 pounds
but than again if ur comfortable than u should stay the way u r!!! =)

So you'll be just okay! Just sometimes just watch what you are eating just be what you are don't go over for what you areright now.

i think your an ok size but...ide need a pic to really tell you...but i would still try and loose weight...
