i mean i need a reputable or real shopping site where i could buy medicine for spider web like veins, where i could only use my credit card

There is nothing available for spider/varicose veins. Lots of products say they do, but, don't waste your money. If your veins are popped out and are very painful, the doctor can inject them with normal saline. It is an effective way to diminish the problem...it is not a permanent one, but it offers relief. You can also have them surgically stripped.

Don't trust anything on the web for something like that. Go see a doctor first , so you don't waste your money. I never heard of medication to help spider veins
