for workouts I do prettymuch any machine we have in the gym, plus the treadmill i have at home and crunches and ab workouts. for dieting I limit my calories and if I eat a snack I'll usually eat an apple or celery or a lemon. I'm sure this is healthy and I've been doing this for a while..

Try doing 2 protein shakes for 2 meals and then a healthy meal per day. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
Also watch what snacks you are eating. Most people don't realize how many snacks they REALLY eat!!

I agree with everyone who suggest getting additional testing. I can also tell you a few things that have worked for me: Dance class (every night 5x week or at least 3x week) very intense such as jazz, african, afro cuban or hiphop or salsa. I was always so exhausted after these classes that I could only go home and go to sleep afterwards. If I had time to eat before class I always ate light (to prevent over active body funtions). After class if I was hungry it was too late to eat so therefore microwave popcorn and a diet soda was suffiencient for satisfaction or even stir fried veggies after class. The next thing I did was increase my work hours and at times worked 2 or 3 jobs therefore once again no time to eat the way I would otherwise. Add more "to does" to your schedule just keeping busy (almost non-stop) workes very well. As for dance, have you seen the show "So You Think You Can Dance?" Try it you will love the way you look . Good Luck You can do it!!!!

Maybe it's just you. Some people I know try losing weight and they just can't. Running a mile or more every day helps. If you have started trying to lose weight for a short time now, then keep going. Don't stop. But if after a while and there isn't an improvement, then call a doctor or something.

Go get your throid and blood checked! It could be a problem. But, usually with good eating and exercise you should drop something! Good luck we are in the same boat of loosing weight!

I would go to the doctor and see if there is anything going on inside you.
