im goin 2 cuba on the 11th july and durin the 2 weeks il be on my period. most of my family dont know and i dont want them to. iv only had a few periods and iv tried tampons but i cant apply them right. and f i use a pad its sorta noticable throuh my bikini what du i du?i still wanna take part in the water and stuff.

drink coffee and my teeth have always been fine, however SUDDENLY SEVERAL of my teeth have begun to stain and these are deep stains that are not brushing off, even with special toothpaste that is meant to do so. Please tell me why this is happening so I stop it! Thank You

I have always had irregular periods, but about a year ago they went crazy. I began skipping or having very late ones. Now for the last 3 months I have had none at all.. yet I bleed every single day..sometimes fresh blood and other times it is brown like you get at the end of your cycle. It's only spotting here and there never a constant flow. I have no "extra" pain other then cramps.. I am only 28yrs old and have been over weight my whole life. Cervical cancer runs in my family but they all had alot of pain and I do not have any. I know I am not pregnant this has been going on for a long time. I don't have insurance and I can't find anyone who will see me... even a clinic. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this may be?????

Please help!

bed and then i would feel like my heart skipped a beat or something. then i would start breathing funny... like i couldn't get a deep enough breath. i would also start feeling dizzy and sick to my stomach. the feeling would pass after a while but then i couldn't sleep because i was scared it would happen again.

My Chiropractor wants to see me 3 times a week, every week for a year. I have cancled appointments because of soreness and inflamation, and I feel that the adjustments are excessive. I've delt with chiropractors all my life and I have never heard of adjustments being done so frequently for so long. Does anybody have any info on the safety of frequent adjustments? Should I be getting that many adjustments? Links to professional articles and info on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My granddauther went to a new doctor today, to us she is happy and healthy, the doctor said hi believes she has three condition, one is Scolisis, ywo Torticollis and Klippel-feil syndrone.......do not know about any of these and what to do and turn, the doctor wants to start treatment and physical theripy, but the I think part from him disturbs me. Any advise on this, thank you.

Heres the background: Went to the hospital due to vaginal spottng, pain, and discharge. Was told there was pus on my cervix and it was an STD and cervisitis. They took cultures, doctor told me to leave my boyfriend if IM not cheating because he did this to me.... ghonorrea and chlamydia test(the two they took) came back negative today.. I went to the hospital yesterday again got checked(she just felt, didnt look) and said she just seen bloody discharge like im on a light day, no pus and it may not have been an STD..the hospital gave me tons of medicine the day before so if it was, its gone now...

Question: Was the doctor wrong with telling me it was an STD even though she didnt know?
Can it be some other STD even though it cleared up?
And pus on the cervix doesnt always mean STD, right?

I'm really shooting for lean muscle and endurance more than anything. Been doing a 5 days on, 2 days off routine with cardio and weight lifting/resistance training each of those five days. So far I haven't had any problems, yet I hear that a lot of people say you aren't supposed to do both at the same time.

Any thoughts?

A few days ago I was fidgeting with a hair clip fairly close to my mouth, and the hair clip snapped and my gum hit the bottom of the hair clip. The gum is under my bottom front teeth, at the front. There was no bleeding from what I can remember, and I didn't actually notice any cut until two days later.
My mom is a clinical specialist and gave me a dental paste (Triamcinolone Acetonide) that I apply twice to three times a day, and I wash my mouth with a solution called CloSys II. I can tell it's getting better but at the same time I feel that it's getting a little bigger. There's an offwhite surrounding color of the cut. When I talk or eat and my mouth is in a wide-opened position in which my bottom lip is doing the work, it hurts. I have a position as a Master of Ceremony at a celebration my sister is holding in about two weeks. Any solutions?

my son is nine years old and one day recently the school phoned us to say my son had had a little bump on his head do we want them to get an ambulance or pick him up. i rushed to school and when i got there my son had a paper towel to his forehead and when he removed it he had a large gash which was really deep and required 5 stiches.
my son told me he had been doing PE playing benchball and he had tripped over the bench which had been put to close to the stage and cracked his head on the sharp edge of the stage.
I phoned the local health and safety office to get a copy of the schools accident report which they sent to me and the report was wrong they didnt mention the bench or the stage and it read as if he had tripped over his own feet.
i immediately phoned the headmaster and he agreed with me that my son did trip over the bench and the report was wrong and said he would amend it but he hasnt done so as yet. why are the school trying to cover up the cause of the accident HELP!!!!
