she recently went to the doctor and was told that she had a tear in her stomach then after the surgery she got severly sick and the she stoped breathing and is in I C U ON A LIFE MACHINE. i'm scared

The survival rate for the ICU is very good. Ask the Doctors, they will tell you the truth. GOod or bad

None of us can tell you. The doctors will have the best information.
People can be very, very sick and still survive but it's different from person to person, case to case.
I hope it turns out well for your aunt.

I can only hope that she will live. I can say that i have heard of cases where people survive incidents like this one. I would say it is best if you talk to a dr. Cases vary from each person.
