You can control your cravings!!! If you tell yourself that you can't then you won't. Drink plenty of water. If you feel that you just HAVE TO eat something have low calorie food around like apples and oranges. I find that nibbling on one of those individually wrapped mozzarella sticks really helps and they are only about 80 calories. Distract yourself from wanting to eat by doing something else...get a glass of water and go online, or go take a walk, or put on some music and dance around. Water, exercise and low calorie foods are your friends. Also, do some reading about proper food portion sizes. Most of us eat portions of food that are way too much. You can do it!

Ok, well first of all are you eating? If you're not eating, this may be the problem. When you get hungry eat some fruit, or drink some water. Sometimes when I am dieting if I get really hungry or am in need of some chocolate, I will have some slim fast. That usually works for me.
Someone told me that when you have cravings its your stomach releasing gases from that food, and you are actually loosing weights. Good luck on your 15 pounds. I know you can do it!!!!

Start the Kimkins diet and in 3-4 days your appetite will have diminished significantly. I promise. I've done this diet many time with awesome results. It's a low carb, low fat diet and it is easy compared to most diets and works very quickly if you stick to it. You will crave pretty strongly the 2nd and third day for carbs, but after that it will go away. www.kimkins.com

Don't confuse thirst with hunger. Drink a glass of water whenever you feel hungry to see if that is what you're really craving.

You might not need to eat less. It could be what you are eating and the frequency. Have you tried the South Beach Diet? The food is good and they teach you to eat more often which helps speed up your metabolism.

Do your grocery shopping with a list and an occasion limit; that way, you're more unlikely to stray into the refined foods section.
