I'm 16, female and 5'6. I want to weigh 107 lbs, and I'm 115 right now. I have nothing to do this summer so I've just been hanging out at home and at friends' house.

I would do the following:
Week one:
Yoga (10 to 15 minutes for two days that week)
Cardio (30 to 45 minutes for three days that week)
Week two:
Weightlifting (15 and 25 minutes for two days that week)
Yoga (10 to 15 minutes for two days that week)
Cardio (30 to 45 minutes for three days that week)
Week three:
Cardio (35 to 50 minutes for two days that week)
Yoga (15 to 20 minute for two days that week)
Cardio (30 to 45 minutes for three days that week)

how'd you come up with that number? you seem to be pretty thin. when I was 16, (5'5") I weighed about 115-120 and I was a stick with lots of muscle (played soccer whole life). instead of the number, just stay active to feel good/healthy and in shape.

I would do 30min-1hr activity at least 5x week. (thats around guidelines for staying healthy). Do things like play tennis with friends, kick around a ball, basketball, go jogging, swim. but please dont overdo it. keep a healthy attitude-it'll be so refreshing instead of hearing about another girl with a disorder.

Stretch every part of you body - easy and slow, then 10 mins warm up, 20 mins as fast as you can and 10 mins slowdown / cooldown. At least four time a week evenly spread.

30 minutes, at least 5 days a week. That's the minimum for good health. Good luck!

At least 30 min. i run 2 miles each day and im very healthy. im also 16.

30 minutes or more dont do your whole weeks exercies in one day its bad
