Its inate.....hardwired. Youre a man and the reason for your being is to reproduce. The only way to get the fluid to reproduce is sex or masturbation. Its not a matter of IF you will do it,..its WHEN you will do it.

I think most people learn when they are really little(babies) that it feels good to touch their genatils.Most are prevented from doing it by their parents and rediscover it in their early teen years.
