i donated blood last month and they could not get the full amount is it maybe because my veins are to small

next time drink plenty of water before you donate, that helps expand the veins

Next time drink lots of water. It helps the Vein size and blood content..

you where probibly dehydrated drink like a gallon of water for one to two Days befor you go to donate and if you are a hard stick it will be easyer to get a vein that way
