Hey I'm a 21 year old male and I have been masturbating almost everyday since was probably 14.. now I notice- when I go to have sexual intercourse- it does not last long.. and on occasion is not a good firm erection? anyone have any advice on how to fix this? I would really appreciate any advice.

All sorts of things can cause problems of this sort. Nervousness, shyness, worry, sleepless nights and so on and several of these may combine when you're with a girl you've never been with before. Try getting to know her a bit better before jumping into bed with her and see if that helps. Just be grateful that you can get it up at all, quite a lot of blokes can't without using a pump or Viagra.

I don't know to much about Viagra so i couldn't recommend that. Anyways, when I wasn't happy with how long i would last i would either have her masturbate you before, then you can just get her excited until you ready to go again, that way you'll last a lot longer and by then she be ready for you. That way you'll both have more fun.

it's normal if you are having erections that come and go during sex...you may be watching too much porn...most of the porn stars now take viagra to stay hard for a long time....don't worry about it just relax and enjoy!

well i heard somewhere that the more a guy masturbates... the less excited he gets when he goes 2 have real sex... so just go every other day 2 c if it helps
