I'm pretty new to exercising and I'm not in the best shape. What I want to know is: What are signs that I'm about to have a heart attack? I was just exercising not too long ago, and I stopped because I wasn't sure of this. I mean, having a heart attack while exercising kinda defeats the purpose, lol.

I have researched this problem for ten years following a divorce in which I was still in love. I have worked it all out and still suffer from REBECCA taking control of my vocal cords and sometimes my movements. Are there any studies out there that might help? I not only lost my career to mental health and overmedicating me on psychotropic drugs which intensified the problem, but lost anything of importance in my life. Getting back out there after ten years of living in fear and terror. I have never lost touch with reality, if that makes sense. My emotions are messed with on a contiuous basis as well as movement and vocal cords. Comments are welcome!

Autopsy shows that most of us retain massive amounts of fecal material in our colons. How do two small preps prior to colonscopy clear out the massive amount of old fecal material accumulated in the colon allowing the walls of the colon to be visualized? People with successive colon therapy sessions e.g. at colon hydrotherapy schools eliminate way more fecal material. How can that be?

I have two children a 2 year old and a seven month old. For the last three years I have either been pregnant or nursing. I am done nursing my seven month old and I want to start to loose weight. I have been walking everyday on my lunch break and have cut my calories to about 1300 calories a day. I just can't seem to loose the weight like I use to do. Any suggestions. I work full time so finding the time to exercise is difficult.

I am a bit of a picky eater. I don't eat vegetables and fruits as much as i should, but I do eat a good amount of protien. I want to get in better shape by toning my muscles, and maybe losing a pound or two. The target area I want to hit include my abs, lower back, and legs.

I wake at night (almost every night) and panic because I think my dreams are reality. I will often dream about people in my room. People I know and don't know. I sit up in my bed and see them there in my room and believe what I was dreaming about is actually happening until a minute later and then I wake up and see there is nothing there. My husband is fed up and wants me to go to the doctor but I don't want to take sleep meds. I'll dream about anything from lost children in my room to animals crawling all over .........ugh!!!! If anyone can share some suggestions...... I need help!

I was just wondering whether my "hearing voices" is actually a mental health problem. I understand that in most cases it is but I'm fairly sure my "case" is different.
Basically, most days I hear angry voices in my head. They're not at all clear and it just sounds as if a few people with pillows over their mouths are having a very manic argument. As you can imagine it's extremely disconcerting. I've been experiencing this since I was about 15 (roughly 4 years) and haven't ever really discussed it with anyone, but recently the voices have been getting louder and more frequent.
The only way I've found to make it (temporarily) go away is to drown them out with loud music etc.
So my question is just, should I be worried? Is this the whole "hearing voices" leading to madness scenario? Or is it just normal?
Thanks

Everyone knows that Mcdonalds food is'nt exactly the healthy way to go, but whats with their introduction of friut bags and carrot sticks? are they really concerned for a childrens diet and are trying to encourage healthy eating or are they merely worried about recent damning documentarys and trying to find a way to keep customers. Besides, fresh salad in a fast food joint..i think not.

I've always been tested for diabetes due to a strong family history on both sides of the family, but it's always been negative. Recently I've become very dizzy and having frequent headaches and when I checked my sugar it's been between 160 and 200. I'm also 12 wks. pregnant and the doctor says they check for gestational diabetes at 20 wks. What does this sound like to you?

OK let me start out by sayin:ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE.
Here's the thing, i went to the ER a couple of times because I was sick. I then applied for charity care and i was approved 100%. Then i received the bills from the hospital, i received two types of bills, one from the hospital and one from the doctors.
The charity care covered all the hospital bills, but when i called for the doctor's bills they told me they do not accept charity care. I was surprised because if I cant pay the hospital it is obvious that i cant pay the doctors either.
Please let me know if anyone else had this problem before and what did you guys do to solve this?

thank you!

My son is very limited on the foods he will eat. He eats about 6 or 7 different things and no fruits or vegetables. His health is good so far but I worry about the future. I do give him a multivitamin every day. Some days he eats breakfast and then won't eat again until 5 or 6 at night. He does eat some sweets but no more than other kids and even turns them down sometimes. He drinks a lot of milk and water but not much pop or juice. The foods he does eat are mac & cheese, peanut butter sandwich with tomato soup, ravioli, hot dogs, cheeseburgers, fish sticks - not much more.
