You can't avoid the urge to masturbate. It will be with you forever. as long as it does not interfere with your school, family or social life, then continue to enjoy it.

Go out or something. Take a cold shower. Talk on the phone. Exercise anything active will be another step to help you stop.

Why would you want to avoid it? Compare the enjoyment it brings to what it costs you, not only money but time invested, and the lack of harmful effects. I'm sure you will come to a decision.

don't be disappointed it happened to me too and i was too felt very sorry for me and wanted to avoid it but as i grown it became easy for me to avoid or control so all the best try to control your mind that's it ,
