my chest, biceps, triceps, shoulder is bigger on the left side than right side, can u help me? i am sorry my english is not very good. thank you... anton

most people are not perfectly symmetrical, it is perfectly normal to have one side or one body part bigger on the left or right

Well, the guy who answered before me has a lot of experience, but no answers. I find that appalling. How can you have all of that experience but no answer for this guy (yes, I'm calling you out)?

Anton, what is probably happening is that your dominant side is taking over during your lifts. If you use barbells or machines, it's easy for your dominant side to do most of the work. I recommend switching to dumbbells, which force both sides of the body to work equally hard. Do this for one or two weeks, then begin to integrate dumbbell work in with your typical routine.
