I'm 21 years old and never had an acne problem. Now I get spurts of breakouts. Help!

i have endometrisos. i can either have surgery again or live with the pain and take pills? any advise. anybody else have to deal with this?

ive worn a big bathing suit on purpose to a friends neighborhood pool. i dove in and they fell off and it felt great but it soon ended when i had to put my swimsuit back on b4 anyone else saw. I am 57 yr. old. I sometimes get very antsy and also start shaking and get upset over little things. My previous docter prescribed zanaz for me and it really helped. I didn't have to take it everyday, only when these symptoms accured. It calmed me down and even my family said I was alot easier to live with. I had to change docters recently and my new doctor acted as though I was some kind of dope addict when I told her that I wanted zanax. Instead, she wanted to perscribe zolof for me. I told her that my previous doctor had tried that medication and it just didnt work for me. Now she wants me to go to see a family counceler to find out whats my problem. I'v never been hooked on any kind of drug. And I havent got any serious family problems other then the day to day problems of life. I feel like I'm 57 yrs. old and should know by now what helps me and what dosnt. How should I handle this doctor?

so why then i can go to bed and wake with a pain in my chest that can last 5 hours and is really bad. after just goes away on its own have i had a heart attack,this comes out of the blue no i have no stress,just high cholesterol that is being controled by tablets.after the pain my chest aches quite badly for a few days.this has happened a few times now,have lost confidence in my doctor as he was off hand as my tests were negitive for heart problems.but the pains are real enough i don't know what to do.

I went to hospital after a big impact to the head. They advised that I MUST go to my GP to follow up my blood pressure. The two readings were 224/144 and 214/163 taken ten minutes apart. I am 25 years old and had a blood pressure of 180/140 in my first year at uni 7 years ago. It is possible therefore that I have been hypertensive all this time. I often have headaches (6-7 times per week) too. Am I putting my health in excessive danger now or can I leave it for a few more years yet - what would the consequences be of doing nothing?

Ok. I know that we young girls are sopposed to have lumpy breast.(im 19) im not sure if thats true but im going to get myself checked out. But my question is maybe like 5 days ago my girlys started to hurt and thats because my friend tom (time of month) was coming to visit me. and now im on my period. But i heard that your breast are only sopposed to hurt before your period. but they hurt to the touch. when i shower i scrub my chest very gently because my girlys hurt. But also my right one is even more painful it usually always is, even when i dont touch them. i get this painful sensation like for a second, but they both are sore. So is it normal to have sore breast during your time of month or should i be concerned. I would appreciate all the tips and help i can get..

Everyone always says "Burn more calories than you consume to lose weight." How is this possible if dieticians say you should consume 1500-2000 calories a day.... You would have to be running or doing cardio for 4 hours a day to burn that many calories. That's insane. And then the trainers say 45 min. of cardio a day is good enough to lose weight. Doesn't this go against the whole, "Burn more than you consume theory"? I don't get it.

I am having toe surgery to clean up the bone spurs that have been caused by arthritis in my big toes. A friend said they can "scrape" out the arthritis and I said they can't. Otherwise, millions of people would be elated! Isn't there NO cure for arthritis?

ok i have been on the pill for a month. and a week before i was supose to start my period i spotted very lightly for two days..that was is.. and i was supose to start my period yesterday....havent..is it normal to miss your period during the first month of taking the pill.....i am kinda worried because i just recently learned when i obvulate....i know im 21 and should have known...but anyway, i didnt use any protection during that time and was on the pill only for a few days.....is it possible that i am pregnate??? i dont have any symptoms or anything....or would i yet?
