help me please me,my sis and my mom are tryin to lose atleast 20 pounds before august is that possible and if so HOW?
someon said go on a diet but i cant,and someon said curlups but i have no clue what curlups are.

Well I don't Know if you can loose 20 pounds but It helped me loose 15 pounds in 2 months. Drinking more water buying healthier snacks like fruit or yogurt and eating between foods.
Also I went jogging 30 min a day. Hope this helps.

Curlups and diet is very vague.
To lose weight you need to eat at least 500 calories less a day and increase your activity level. One pound equals 3500 calories, so by cutting back on 500 a day you should drop about 1-2 pounds a week, which is the recommended weekly weight loss. If you lose more than that you are probably going to gain it back soon.
Cut back on things you know you don't need to suvive, like sodas, sugary and greasy foods, white bread, butter, cream, and fast food. Eat more vegetables and fruit, drink low fat milk, eat only lean meats, and don't eat anything that might be just a filler, like white bread or salty, fried snacks. Then hit the outdoors, ride a bike, jump rope, swim, jog...there are countless ways to be more active. Any exercise performed over 20 minutes should raise your metabolism and allow you to lose weight.

Ok well i have no doubt that you are NoT over weight. But i dont know if it is possible to lose 20 pounds in what...not even 2 months! But if you are going to try do it the right way. Exercise and eat right. You will lose weight and be more healthy!

Why can't you go on a diet? If you don't eat right, then no, there is no hope of losing the weight in the time limit you've set for yourself. You need to eat healthy and exercise daily.

Diet and exercise.. any excercise. Of course you can go on a diet; just eat less and healthier; that's a diet. Curl ups are just an exercise where you hang from a bar and lift your chin up over it using your arms, over and ovre again.

What do you mean you "can't" diet? Cut out cholesterol, carbohydrates, sugar, and trans fats.
Start working out. 30 minutes of cardio per day.
Curl ups are an exercise.
