It could be your body getting used to the pill, which takes a couple of months.

Or you could be pregnant. Pills are not 100% effective.

It just takes a couple months for your body to get use to the extra hormones. Give it about three months, then go back and talk to your doctor and she can switch you on something else.
You should wait, depending on your birth control, 1-4 weeks after taking it to have unprotected sex. If you're worried that much about being pregnant, just go to the drug store and get a pregnancy test.

You can always possibly be pregnant if you have had sex, and have working female organs.

The pill can drasticallty change your period--make it lighter, shorter, or not at all.

Why don't more women just spend $8 on a test and save themselves the anguish of wondering?

it takes a few months for your pill to be effective. also not taking it at the same time everyday would effect it too. best just take a HPT just to be on the safe side.

Good lucK!
