Ok. I know that we young girls are sopposed to have lumpy breast.(im 19) im not sure if thats true but im going to get myself checked out. But my question is maybe like 5 days ago my girlys started to hurt and thats because my friend tom (time of month) was coming to visit me. and now im on my period. But i heard that your breast are only sopposed to hurt before your period. but they hurt to the touch. when i shower i scrub my chest very gently because my girlys hurt. But also my right one is even more painful it usually always is, even when i dont touch them. i get this painful sensation like for a second, but they both are sore. So is it normal to have sore breast during your time of month or should i be concerned. I would appreciate all the tips and help i can get..

You can have PMS symptoms throughout your period and not just before your period.

i used to get what you have and only lasted about a week while i had my period. it sounds normal to me but if you are that worried you could see a doctor. good luck
