I have high blood pressure in age of 22 and i use to do very hard exercise is it rite to do these exercise with this disease??

NO, it's absolutely dangerous, you can do Brisk Walking that too gradually. OK Lovely 22 are now a history, the line has already been drawn for your do's and don'ts, take care.
In case of any question ask your consultant as he knows more about your physical status.

i dont think so. take it easy and exercise alot but not hard or else you could be at risk of a heart attack. just exercise as much as you can dont do anything way too hard or you will put yourself in danger.

Walking at a fast clip should be the hardest exercise that's O.K..
