My total cholesteral is 100. I am female, don't smoke, exercise regularly, eat healthy, and I am not overweight.

Everytime I stand up after sitting for a while I feel dizzy. I see black spots and feel like I'm about to pass out. I eat healthy, and I'm not dehydrated. I don't know why this is happening!

i have been feeling really werid lately, i have been haveing random twitches and shivers, i cant sleep so well and everytime i stare at something it slowly fades to black....seriously....its freaking me out i have also been having terrible nightmares.....i dont know whats wrong, if im sick or....insane.....i keep hearing voices too could i be paranoid....im not on anything...and im not sure if i should talk to someone about it....nobody understands me....i need something that might help....i think its emotional disstress...i have alot of that maybe im just...idk what do you think???

I'm 43 and was diagnosed with ADD about 6 weeks ago. My APRN put me on Adderal XR...the first few days I felt so much better but he wants me to take 1 when I get up and then more everytime I think it's wearing off. I can't really tell the difference...so when I saw him last time he told me to take one three times a day. The pharmacist was freaked..said he'd never filled a dose that high and that it wouldn't be good for my brain. I'm having trouble sleeping (nothing new) so now the APRN wants me to take a short-acting stimulant right before bed because the adderal makes me sleepy. I feel like my brain needs time to be off the stimulant and I don't want to fry my neurons. The medicine doesn't give me energy or make me "high". It does help though because before I took it I was ready to quit nursing school and since I've been on it I finished the semester with 3 "A's" and 1 "A-". Does anybody know anything about the patch that you can get? Any advice? I see my APRN tomorrow.

I'm a teenage guy with a DEADLY (insert cheesy "dum dum DUM!!!" here) food allergy.

Anyway i'd feel safer with a Medical ID (or medic alert? not sure the correct term) but am having trouble finding one that isn't $300 and gold.

Does anyone know of a website that would sell Medical ID Bracelets that i wouldn't feel like a girl wearing?

Over the last few months the religious right has waged a deceptive campaign opposing this pro-equality legislation. They have employed a range of excuses; Chuck Colson compared the law to something out of George Orwell's famous novel 19841, Tony Perkins has stated that the legislation is “contrary to our heritage and our values,”2 and just this week James Dobson told listeners of Focus on the Family Radio, “there’s a vote coming up on some insidious legislation in the United States Congress that could silence and punish Christians for their moral beliefs. That means that as a Christian – if you read the Bible a certain way with regard to morality – you may be guilty of committing a ‘thought crime.”3

Hi Guys,
I recently had a pain in my right armpit. When I pushed down I could feel a small lump. Around this time I had a sore throat and noticed that some of the lymph nodes in my neck were swollen as well. Scared, I went down and had an HIV test done. This was after about 11½ weeks after last having sex. The test came up negitive. Since then the lymph nodes in my neck are no longer swollen but not there are several small lumps under my armpit. Not directly in my armpit but just below it. They are very small, but hard and a little painful. I have also noticed a lump in my groin area, but that as well is small and does not hurt when I press on it. This has been going on for a couple weeks now. I went to see a doctor and he told me to come back in a week if it had not gone away. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Any recommendations?

I have lortab elixir for surgery and have to take a large does for the pain but thats too much tylenol. Is it possible to extract the tylenol from the hydrocodone? I know people do it with pills but wasn't sure if its possible with the elixir. Thanks for your help! And quit telling me to get a different medicine. My right knee gets sore when I sit down. As time goes on in this position, pressure builds until I am forced to extend it rapidly so as to "crack" it. Once my knee returns to its position (calf approximately ninety degrees to femur), the cycle begins once again.

I can't keep it extended all the time, as I drive quite a bit.

My left knee doesn't have this problem.

How can I extract the acetaminophen from my lortab elixir?

The insides of my ears are constantly itching and it is driving me crazy. The doctors cannot find anything wrong with my ears however. Does anyone know of any remedies for this and what may be causing this? Drops for swimmer's ear do not work neither does cleaning my ears with q-tips.
