I really need to find a diet that works, I was on one and i lost weight but I haven't been keeping up on it but i have watched what i ate well kind of!! I really need help I want to go down a dress size too, because graduation is coming in a month and I am really overweight! PLEASE HELP!!

First, stop drinking soda, juice, or anything other than water and milk. Second, get up and move for thirty minuted minimum everyday. Third, don't go by the scale. Worry more about how your body feels. Because, fat weighs less than muscle. So, you can be lower in weight but bigger in size. Finally, you are thirteen and your body isn't done growing. Have fun, and know that what you look like isn't the most important thing in the world. Congrats on your graduation.

Ur probably not overweight.
The best way to lose the pounds is regular exersize and a normal healthy mix of foods. No snacks as a 'treat for being good'
regular exersize may mean just going for a jog every day, or swimming etc. Don't try anything drastic like not eating or throwing up what uv just eaten. As much as this makes u lose weight, it can also make u very sick.

You could try the Kellogs diet of eating two bowls of Special K (I think you can choose whatever cereal it is actually?) a day, and then you drop a dress size in two weeks. Couple this with cardio to ensure it really works. The key is to consume less calories than you burn. Let me know how it goes!

keep your eye on the goal its just 4 weeks away. Just cut out all junk and have 3 good meals a day if your still hungry snack on fruit. Drink plenty of water as it helps to flush things out and exercise if your not a big fan of exercising just go for a walk every day make it last at least 30minute

Yes. The reccommened health maximum wieght is 3-4 pounds a week so 10 pounds in a month is definately acheivable.

Just eat super healthy.. and excersize a lot.

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.
It will just screw up your metabolism and then you will put the wieght back on as soon as you start eating.

According to www.bodybuilding.com the maximum weight to lose healthily is 1-2 lb per week.

That does not count retarded techniques such as putting a coat on and doing cardio. That just loses water weight and NOT fat. Its unhealthy because youre losing water.

What’s you’re weight now?? if you’re losing weight to make you self sexy plus attractive to men just remember men like a curvy women , cat walk models make me sick and all my friends think the same.
