Everytime I stand up after sitting for a while I feel dizzy. I see black spots and feel like I'm about to pass out. I eat healthy, and I'm not dehydrated. I don't know why this is happening!

I'm only 12 (almost 13) and I'm afraid to ask my mom for a doctor's appointment because she might think I'm being anorexic. I'm not, I eat healthy, drink water, and get excercise when I can.
P.S Ironically olives and tomatoes are my least favorite foods, heheh. :)

I am agreeing with everyone here - all good answers. However, I am leaning toward Orthostatic Hypo-tension also known as Postural Hypo-tension. It is a drop in blood pressure when you stand up which quickly straightens itself out. While it is dropping, it can make you feel dizzy. See your doctor to get checked out, but in the meantime, stand up slowly from sitting or laying down. This is pretty graphic, but you need to be especially careful getting up from the toilet after a BM - the effort of sitting and possibly straining can affect your blood pressure and then getting up will drop it even more and you CAN fall and get hurt. This is why a lot of elderly people get injured falling in the bathroom. If your blood pressure drops while you are standing, cross one leg in front of the other and push you calves together - that can get you circulation going and pull up your BP. One other thing to keep in mind - orthostatic hypo-tension is sometimes also linked to chronic fatigue syndrome, but not always. Be sure to tell your doctor what activities prompt the spells most often and don't let them slap you onto antidepressants without carefully checking your BP, running a CBC and blood sugar (glucose tolerance test). Also, if it is your blood pressure, a great food that is high in sodium without adding a lot of process salt to your diet is tomatoes and olives.

If you go from lying down to suddenly standing up, there's a sudden drop in your blood pressure that causes these symptoms.
Try sitting for 5-10 seconds before you stand up.
