I ate 3 meals of cereal today. (fiber dense). once with soy milk and twice with fat free plain yogurt. each meal is about 300 calories.(that includes 3 fruits). And this morning I weight half pound more.

Can I gain weight by eating cereal?

Note: that is all I ate today. nothing else~. I am 5'7 22 years old

I get canker sores pretty often, if I get one theres usually another one or two that pop up the same week somewhere else in my mouth -- I generally get them every other month... I'm 17 now I've been getting them my entire life. Does anyone else get them this often?

I all of a sudden come over very hot and weak I get tummy pains and go very dizzy, I loose my hearing and my sight and then i black out for a couple of seconds. This happens to me every now and then and I can always tell when its going to happen. Its horrible cause if I don't get to a seat and sit down I fall to the ground and its very embarrasing. Whats happening to me??

For a while now my husband to be has had an erectile dysfunction. I know this question has been asked loads of times before but I need to ask it again. He has a psychological block when it comes to sex as he can't hold and erection and also has premature ejaculation. This results in him avoiding sex with me and its getting so bad now that we need to see our GP.
(We have had sex once last november 2006 and before that was March 2005 when our daughter was concieved.) I have a higher sex drive than he does so I need to know what to do to help him get his confidence back. He says he's embarrassed to even talk to me about stuff.
Thanx in advance. We get married on 28th this month and don't want this as an issue anymore.

I am almost 45. I had an ectopic pregnancy in 1991, which was a horrible and painful (life threatening event) Then my periods were very heavy and painful. In 2001 I decided, without any sort of information (stupid, stupid me) to get a total hysterectomy. Now I have no sex drive, have problems orgasming, and my body has entirely changed. And the hot flashes! They're horrible and I only get them in the daytime. People think I just got out of the shower! If I worry too much about sweating, I sweat more. I am not on estrogen(it made me sick to my stomach) Has anyone else experienced this, and what can I do about my sex life? Thanks

After a large, purposeful weight loss of over 120+ pounds, I am left with alot of excess skin. I am a middle-aged woman. I exercise daily but am left with the after effects of a large weight loss. I guess you could say that "the old me, is still hanging around," so to speak.

I have done alot of research into qualified plastic surgeons. I know that's the first step. The next step is the actual procedure. Tummy tuck and liposuction..

I worked very hard to lose the weight, so the "left-overs" from dieting have to go. I want my weight loss to be complete..... Am I 'vain?' I don't think so. I just want my body to reflect all of my hard work...

P.S. For those of you who are interested in how I lost it, I did it through exercise and healthy eating habits. No gastric bypass for this lady. Proves that a person can lose weight at any age; if only they have the will to succeed.

I sleep in my car alot. The seat lays down so its comfortable and I just got the windows tinted so people can't see me easily. The only problem is that it smells like a dog house. Its not a strong odor. I vaccume it all the time and constantly spray air freshner. Nothing seems to work. I had a friend who had a deionizer in his apartment. When I walked in the air felt good, and smelled good to breath. I wonder if I could put a small one in my car?

I am 22 yrs old, with cardiomyopathy (ejection fraction of 35-40 right now), i have an AICD, and have had 2 ablations, i take tambocor, lisinopril, amiodarone, aldactone, cardizem, and toprol XL...but i keep having these bad epoisodes of SVT, chest pain, lightheaded, hr of 180-200...always have to go into ER and get iv adenosine, usually admitted overnight....ive seen 3 different cardiologists, and 4 EP dr's, and all anyone wants to do is another ablation, which i dont want, cuz neither has been successful anyways, i was just wondering if anyone knew of anything else...different meds that have worked, trials, anything, im desperate! thanks!

hi,, since last few 2months m having vaginal fungal infection. my gyny says is normal ,it hppens with couples who are new to sex. as me and my habby has stoped using precutions now and want to concieve.
