i think you will have no problem whatsoever conceiving. do not blame yourself for the vaginal infection because it is something that all women experience from one time or another.........just have the confidence you need to get pregnant and before you know it ..... it will happen. i want to wish you the best of luck and wish you the best of luck and may God bless and keep you safe, healthy a nd happy.

the fungal infection will not affect your probability to conceive and it will most likely go with the tablets your DR gave you.
i can understand that you want a baby, but consider that an average couple that has regularly sex has only 25-30% chances to get pregnant.
It might take you some times to get pg, without this meaning that something is wrong with you.
You can learn to increase your conception chances: one thing you can do is charting.
You can learn about it in the book "taking care of your fertility" by Toni Weschler.

The best thing you can do is RELAX! I'm not sure that yeast infections would hinder conception unless you have a thick mucus. In this case, it might. Keep working with your gyn and ask her about this. She/He is trained to help you with these issues. I believe that God's timing is perfect, and the more pressure you put on yourself, the more tense you become, and your chance of getting pregnant becomes less. I read somewhere that more women conceive who are just 'letting it happen' than women who keep track of all of it. Don't know if that's true or not, but it's a nice perspective... very natural.

Give the fungal infection time to clear up. If you can conceive; you will. Give it time. When it is right, it will happen. It usually happens when you stop worrying about it. Worrying just makes you more tense.

Why do you think you get better answers on Yahoo than you will from your gynecologist?

I'd say listen to the doctor.
