Deionizer for my car?

I sleep in my car alot. The seat lays down so its comfortable and I just got the windows tinted so people can't see me easily. The only problem is that it smells like a dog house. Its not a strong odor. I vaccume it all the time and constantly spray air freshner. Nothing seems to work. I had a friend who had a deionizer in his apartment. When I walked in the air felt good, and smelled good to breath. I wonder if I could put a small one in my car?

they don't seem to have a bad effect since they are used very frequently in homes. or try febreeze, good luck
