i have been feeling really werid lately, i have been haveing random twitches and shivers, i cant sleep so well and everytime i stare at something it slowly fades to black....seriously....its freaking me out i have also been having terrible nightmares.....i dont know whats wrong, if im sick or....insane.....i keep hearing voices too could i be paranoid....im not on anything...and im not sure if i should talk to someone about it....nobody understands me....i need something that might help....i think its emotional disstress...i have alot of that maybe im just...idk what do you think???


please, i need good answers!

You should talk to someone. You might have what I do--PTSD. I get shivers even when it's 80degrees out. It's nerves, is what I have been told and I have had nightmares since Oct. I've also actually had passing out spells. Can't say that I've heard voices though. Hope this helps encourage you to talk to a professional.

Well first, you need to realize you have something going on with you that needs to get immediate help. You are not insane. Your mind is giving off these noticeable indications that something is not quite up to par. You need to let your guard down. Swallow your pride, and talk to someone who specializes in this. It will take some time to form a trust with a specialist. Find one, you really feel hears you and leads you into the right direction. Past events in your life could be causing your condition, without you even knowing about it. The mind works in strange ways. Don't be ashamed. Millions go through this. Find some help. Its out there. Just be honest with yourself and the person you seek help from. All the best.

you may be afraid just to be alone. I am. my 19 year old daughter moved out.
