I'm 14 & 5'1,can I end up 5'8 at age 18

Depends on a lot of factors, but is not impossible. Some of the factors would include heredity (how tall/short your parents are), proper nutrition, growth plates on the bones, the right hormones being produced, how soon you went through puberty.
Also growth is not at a steady rate, with some periods of little growth, and some growth spurts. Also as a female, you may keep growing in height until your 20's.
So don't worry, its unlikely you've finished growing yet.

yeah, you're only 14, boys usually get growth spurts around 16/17 years old

it is possible. my brother grew 4 inches in one year. but, i have to tell you he was in severe pain when he was growing.

i think it depends on wheather you've had your growth spurt yet.
