I woke up around 11:45. Then i had a blueberry muffin. Then before i had gymnastics/aerobics i ate a serving size of vegtable soup, 6 ritz crackers, some quakes, some raisans, and then i had two hours of gymnastics/aerobics, then after i ate dinner which was some fishsticks with ketchup (gross i know), potatoes with gravy, and salad. Then for dessert I had a yogurt. Thats about 1050 calories. And i ate too much. What could i do? And is this ok? I only wanted to have like 800 calories today.
