people in coma get more calories!!!!!!!!!!!!!
im sorry but it is junk and most of it is unhealthy.
muffin, crackers, fishsticks, ketchup, gravy....
breakfast is the most important meal of the day- it lets your body know that its time to wake up and start burning calories, so you should have some complex carbs (give energy) like whole wheat bread, old fashioned oatmeal, fruit etc.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

I don't think so as you seem to have eaten healthy items and performed adequate amount of exercise. It's okay to have some of the things we crave such as the potatoes with gravy along as you don't go overboard. I applaud you. Just remember not to do this too often, i.e. eating sauces and/or gravies and trying to survive of low calorie intake. The 800 calorie intake is far too low. Please be careful. Always make sure you have the required calories to stay healthy and get it from the right sources. Most importantly don't forget the water, drink at least 32 ounces each and every day, more if you can.

800 calories is not enough for anyone. The average person should eat between 1500-2000 calories a day. Since you did 2 hours of gymnastics, you should have eaten more. Even if you're trying to ose weight, only eating 800 is still too little. If you eat that little, you will put strain on your muscles and eventually weaken your heart. So I have to ask, what are you trying to do to yourself?

No, it's not too much. It's actually not enough. When you eat a diet lower than 1200 calories a day, you alter your metabolism and it actually begins running slower. You're active so you should get ATLEAST 1200 calories a day. As a gymnast, you're probably expected to be quite small so if you're trying to lose weight just realize that you can do a lot of permanent damage to your bones if you don't eat right. Then you definately won't be able to do gymnastics.

Nope. Never have less than 1,200 calories a day. Even if you are trying to lose weight. Lower than that, and your body will shut down and save all your stored calories and fat to protect your vital organs.
You didn't eat too much, but what you ate today was CRAP.
No wonder you feel ill.
Don't eat so much starches. Muffins, Ritz crackers, potatoes, breading on fish sticks. Too much. Ritz are high in fat. Fishsticks are FRIED before they are frozen. Bad, bad, bad. Ketchup is all sugar. Gravy....well, that is just salt.
You should be eating LOTS of vegetable, then lean protein/meats, whole grains and fruit. In that order. Always eat more vegetables than anything. But you cannot live off of them. Must have protein, whole grains and fruit, too.

Not enough calories. And consuming only 800 calories a day will not sustain you, especially since your doing 2 hours of aerobics. An active person needs much more.

Two points:
(1) Check your calories counting because I don't think your diet today equates to 1050 calories.
(2) Be certain that you are getting all the nutrition that your body needs, even if you're on a diet.
