I have a friend that was the same size and she has terrible back pain and shoulder pain. She got a reduction. She also couldn't stand the way her blouses fit. She said they all looked tacky because they wouldn't fit right and would gap open and then get stretched. She borrows mine and I let her have them, because she ruins them when she get's through strectching the heck out of them.Thank God she had the reduction, she feels better and looks better.I get my blouses back in better shape now.If she doesn't feel right with them and is uncomfortable she has every right to want to change. That's what freedom of Choice is.

I'm a 42DDD. For me I don't even think that is too big. I have a very curvascious figure. So it's nothing drastic to me.
In general I would not think 38D is too big either, but if your friend is very petite it might seem like it's too big. She can always try wearing a "minimizing bra". They have extra support and "minimize" how large your bust looks. It's a much cheaper alternative to surgery.

This depends on the person and what they are comfortable with. A 38D is big and makes it difficult if you are into sports or a lot of exercising. It can also make it difficult to buy clothes that fit. There is no standard though.

i also am a 36-38 D....sometimes i too feel like my chest is too big but...some people are just given large chests...If she is un happy then tell her to get rid of some of it...Your boobs are made of mostly fat..it she does a chest press at a gym..it will tone your pec muscles and work off some of the extra fat on her chest.

it just depends on how big a girl she is and stuff... if she wants a smaller size than she can lift weights so that she doesn't have to run or anything, also... those can be first to go!?
Hoep that helps her!

no, it is not too big. Unless she is built like a 10 year old everywhere else. I am assuming they are real so tell her to be happy with what she has....if they were flat she'd be moaning about that....

It is too big. One of my friend's mom just got a reduction and she's soooo happy now. She's a very beutiful woman and she said that she felt fat, even though she wasn't and now she looks better and she says that her back doesn't hurt anymore.

♥ That sucks because there's nothing that she can do about it because she was born with them. There are pros and cons of having such big boobs. Personally I would be happy If I had her boobs lol but I don't have big boobs so I don't know what she is going through or how she sees herself.
