Sometimes, if you have high blood pressure, this can cause pressure build up that can be more noticable when you bend over.
Also, heavy set or larger people can have pressure that feels like your head is swollen and all the blood has rushed into your head when bending over, when gravity has taken the blood to your head.

You could have a sinus infection. I suggest you may want to see an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist. But, before you spend the money, go to a naturopath and ask what suppliments to take. I suggest NAC, Vit. C (2000) and Quercitin along with high doses of garlic (suppliment).

i regularly get sinusitis, infected sinuses, it is really painful when i bend over, right under my eyes, see a doctor if it continues, don't waste your time with nasal sprays, docs don't recommend them.
