I have always had trouble falling asleep, I lay down about 10:00 and I don't fall asleep until 11:00 or 11:30 . Well more recently I lay down at 10:00 and don't fall asleep until 1:00 or 2:00. So my questions is: If you have had similar problems, Is there anything you have done that has helped you fall asleep faster?

my son is 2 yo and has never had a solid poop...He only has diarrea poop. The doctor says it's fine, But I know it's not. How do I toliet train him when he only has diarrea poop? This is not normal nor does it seem healthy...what do you think?

So on my fourth try to quit smoking i think this time I'm finally done for good. My 21st birthday is coming up soon and i decided i also wanted to quit smoking marijuana altogether and start working out and buying nice clothes with all my extra money. But I find myself asking, "is it too soon to start making other changes if you've only just begun to make the first change?". I don't want to pile to much on my plate and not quit anything, ha. Anyway thanks for your input.

I have been over weight always. About few years ago, I took a one year course of "Herbalife" products to slim down. It did help, but temporarily - only until I was taking these and as soon as I stopped taking these, I became fatter again. This time, I became 'obese' and have accumalated a lot of fat in my tummy and hip area. Someone told me that by intaking such slimming products, in long run our body becomes kind of 'resistant' to losing weight and either it leaves us with a difficult flab or it takes lot of time to slim down in the natural way.
Is this true?

I have been on a diet since last few months and have been doing regular exercise. But my body does not seem to show much results. Can I relate my weaker results to the above philosophy?

I have rheumatoid arthritis, and because I take methotrexate I have blood drawn monthly to check for liver damage.

On Saturday, I went for my lab work but wouldn't bleed. My blood was thick-almost like syrup-and I was unable to give the required 2 tubes.

I'm normally a bleeder, and this was highly unusual.

The other drugs I take are 5 mgs prednisone, zantac, and 2400 mgs of ibuprofen daily.

I am 22 years old and in good health. Ever since I was about 12 I sometimes get severe pain in my back.

Sometimes I will simply bend over and my lower back will sudddenly be strained. Other times I have major muscles spasms in my back and all of the muscles in my upper back, shoulders and neck area will be so tight that I cant even turn my head or lift my arm for over a week!

I have been to doctors and even the hospital about this problem in the past and the only thing they ever do is give my pain killers and muscle relaxers which just mask the pain and make me drowsy.

Are there any alternate treatments? Accupuncture? Specific Massage? Anything that might help me!

i honestly don't get it. i can't bring myself to go see a psychiatrist, therapist, or psychologist.. i'm not in denial and i do want my life back..i think. but i won't bring myself to one and it's not like anyone can force me to. anyone have any idea how i can force myself to go?

A month ago, a 5 mm piece of a mechanical pencil lead got stuck under my nailbed and completely went inside to an extent that i dint know it was there. today.... it saw that a tip of that was peeking out automatically.. and i was able to pull it out using tweezers.... was this danergous enough to tell the doctor?? or should i just forget it??
