have one of your family members read it for you before and after a meal....wait 30 minutes .... (just like they do)
and if the reading are above or below the average (70-120) then you need to see your physician

It is very likely you have low blood sugar. Testing may confirm this, but there's an easier way: next time it happens, consume something sugary (eg sugary drink, toast, etc). If you feel better within 10 minutes, it's low blood sugar.

It's quite normal to experience mild hypoglycaemia if you haven't eaten for a while. However, if you are getting the symptoms a lot, you should speak to your doctor - it might be a symptom of something more serious.

For most people, the answer is simply to eat a balanced and sensible diet.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

To be honest I think if you've gone all day long without food or any type of glucose then it's no wonder you feel dizzy, and it doesn't indicate that you are diabetic. My wife often gets shaky and dizzy after doing the garden say which tells her she needs food.

However that said if you are seriously worried then you should go to the doctor and get bloods done, to put your mind at ease.

Signs of diabetes include:

• Increased thirst
• Going to the loo (for a wee) all the time – especially at night
• Extreme tiredness
• Weight loss
• Blurred vision
• Genital itching or regular episodes of thrush
• Slow healing of wounds

Yes it does sound like you have low blood sugar. The best way to know for sure is to cut out sugary foods for a while and see how you feel. Eat only lean good proteins and vegetables. Also dont skip meals, if you feel better then it certainly indicates hypoglycemia

Because you have a family history of low blood sugar and have had these symptoms, you should definitely get tested. Your family members have this, so they will have glucometers that you could use to test yourself. It is relatively painless (just a pricked finger) and fast! You should still probably follow up with your family doctor just to make sure all is well! Good Luck!

You need to take care of yourself, no matter what. It's never a good idea to go without food--even the healthiest person's blood sugar will drop if they go without food. But get checked, if it runs in your family. Definitely get checked if you are overweight, though there are plenty of skinny diabetics, too.

Since you are predisposed to have diabetes, let your doctor screen you for it. When you have low blood sugar, you feel dizzy, cold and clammy and at times you mood dwindles.
